Corey Smith (1979-2009) was a football defensive end. He spent his eight-year NFL career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Detroit Lions. He went to college at North Carolina State. Over his career, he amassed eighty-three tackles, eight-and-a-half sacks, and one interception.
