Compassion is a Christian virtue that involves sympathizing and empathizing with the troubles of others. This has been co-opted by liberals to include 'compassion' for terrorists, criminals, gays, prostitutes, single mothers, atheists, socialists, anarchists, pacifists, Muslims etc. Christian compassion is far more disciplined, and extends only as far as fellow conservatives.
