Ann Arbor is a college town in Michigan. It is the home to the University of Michigan and other schools, including Ave Maria Law School.
The town is remarkably liberal in its political outlook, and its residents sometimes refer to it in a tongue-in-cheek manner as the "People's Republic of Ann Arbor." Two of its more liberal traditions are Hash Bash and the Naked Mile.
