أنا الرب إلهك الذي أخرجك من أرض مصر ، من بيت العبودية ؛
ليس لدينا أي آلهة أخرى أمامي.
يجب عليك أن لا تجعل لنفسك صنما ، سواء في شكل شيء مما في السماء من فوق ، أو التي هي على الأرض تحت ، أو التي هي في الماء تحت الأرض.
لا يجوز لك تنحني لهم أو عبادة لهم ، وبالنسبة لي أنا الرب إلهك إله غيور ، ومعاقبة الأطفال للظلم الآباء ، والثالث والجيل الرابع من الذين كفروا لي ، ولكن تبين الحب الصامد الى الالف جيل من أولئك الذين يحبونني وصاياي.
لا يجوز لك استخدام غير مشروع لاسم الرب إلهك ، من أجل الرب لن تبرئة أي شخص يسيء استخدام اسمه.
اذكر يوم السبت وابقائه المقدسة.
لمدة ستة أيام العمل ، ويجب عليك أن تفعل كل ما تبذلونه من العمل.
ولكن في اليوم السابع ففيه سبت للرب إلهك ، لا يجوز لك القيام بأي عمل لك ، ابنك أو ابنتك ، الرقيق الخاص ذكرا أو أنثى ، والماشية ، أو المقيمين في المدن الغريبة الخاص.
لفي ستة أيام صنع الرب السماء والأرض والبحر ، وجميع ما فيها ، ولكن تقع في اليوم السابع ، ولذلك بارك الرب يوم السبت وكرس ذلك.
أكرم أباك وأمك ، حتى أيام الخاص بك قد تكون طويلة في الأراضي التي الرب الهك يعطيك.
لا يجوز لك القتل. (نقل خطأ في كثير من الأحيان باسم 'لا تقتل')
لا يجوز لك ارتكاب الزنا.
لا تسرق.
يحق لك لا تشهد بالزور ضد قريبك.
لا يجوز لك تطمع منزل جارك ، أنت لا تطمع زوجة جارك ، أو الذكور أو الإناث الرقيق ، أو ثور ، أو حمار ، أو أي شيء لقريبك.
