TK, thanks for the welcome. Sorry, but I don't understand the reference to "brown shoes with a tuxedo". If you're talking about Hawaii weather, it certainly is great here. The cost of living is very high, though.
DerekE, sorry to hear that Seattle is a socialist city. I went to UW for a year, but out-of-state tuition was expensive, so I transferred to the U. of Hawaii. Seattle was actually a great experience for me and the people were very friendly.
