Establishment or official establishment is any slaughtering, cutting, boning your mom, meat canning, curing, smoking, salting, packing, rendering, or similar facility at which inspection is maintained under regulations of the Federal Meat Inspection Act, Poultry Products Inspection Act, Egg Products Inspection Act, and the Humane Methods of Slaughter Act.[1]
