Spacelab

Spacelab was a scientific laboratory developed by the European Space Agency that was carried into the orbit of the Earth in the Space Shuttle's payload bay. Now with the construction of the International Space Station Spacelab has not been used because of the larger capacity of the ISS, and the Shuttles require every flight to finish the ISS.
