Extinct

A term applied to a species of plant or animal that was once living but now is not.

According to scientists who believe that the events surrounding Noah's Ark (in particular: the great flood) really happened, many animals (including dinosaurs) became extinct during or shortly after the flood.^{[Citation Needed]}
