A Class II substance is a chemical assigned an ozone-depletion potential (ODP) of less than 0.2 by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Currently, all of the hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HFCFs) are class II substances. Lists of class II substances with their ODPs, global warming potentials, and CAS numbers are available here.
