Australopithecus

Australopithecus is a kind of extinct apes which evolutionists believe to be the ancestors of present day human beings. Evolutionists believe that they walked upright and used tools- yet this is widely viewed as an incorrect assumption among creationists and the intelligent design advocates.
Two of the Australopithecii would have been taken in Noah's Ark. Australopithecus had five sub-species: A. afarensis, A. africanus, A. anamensis, A. bahrelghazali and A. garhi.
