LG Electronics, also known as LG, is a South Korean company which sells and develops consumer electronics, including mobile phones, televisions, home appliances, and more. Founded in 1958, LG has been a leading player in the electronics business, and frequently competes with companies such as Sony, Sharp, and fellow South-Korean based company Samsung.[1]
