Warsaw

Warsaw is the capital city of Poland. The city is situated on the banks of the Vistula and is home to 1.7 million people. The city was extensively destroyed during World War Two. Many historic buildings and precincts were restored in the post war period. Warsaw is home to the Polish Parliament (Sejm).
