The Avalon Project is an online storehouse of ancient through modern documents, covering law and history. It is part of the Yale Law School Lillian Goldman Law Library.

The Avalon Project holds many documents relating to the American Founding, including the Federalist Papers, Madison's debate notes from the Constitutional Convention, and the various constitutions of the individual states.
