Retitle to Qin Dynasty
Could a Sysop please move this article to Qin Dynasty? The pinyin form is now much more common (and accurate) than the archaic Wade-Giles form. Britannica and Encarta both use Qin as well. Thanks! --Ampersand 18:33, 16 April 2008 (EDT)
