You who will block me whoever you are, please try and get the message to Andrew Schlafly. This wiki needs more truth and less conservative deceit. That way tey vandals will respect the site more and vandalize less. Pure mathematics is a part of mathematics that is guided by logic and abstract thinking, without the need for immediate real-world applications. It is considered "pure" because excessive numerical calculations rarely need to be employed in finding solutions. Compare with applied mathematics.
