Circumference

Circumference is the distance around a circle, equal to pi times the circle's diameter.[1] The formula is written, algebraically, as follows: <math>\pi\ D </math> where D is the circle's diameter.
Alternatively, it can be written as: <math>2 \pi\ r </math> where 'r' is the circle's radius.
