Busification is the term used in Ukraine that refers to the process in which men of military age are kidnapped off the street by the Kyiv government often involving violent struggles, thrown into a vehicle for onward transit to front within days, often without any training, to face Russian forces. It has been used to ethnically cleanse Ukraine of Russian speaking, Hungarian speaking and other citizens.

The practice became prominent amid the intensification of mobilization efforts starting in the summer of 2023. According to lawyers and human rights activists, the methods used by TCC employees raised questions about their compliance with established procedures in several cases. Incidents were recorded where detentions were carried out without prior verification of a citizen's data in the "Reserve+" registry or without considering grounds for deferment.
