I can appreciate that, but one of the main reasons for the War on Terror was to force Middle Eastern governments to stop supporting terrorism. Qaddafi's turnaround (among other accomplishments) makes it pretty hard to argue that the war hasn't been a success.--Conservateur 15:58, 10 April 2007 (EDT)
