Lee Resolution

The Lee Resolution, passed on July 2nd, 1776, is the resolution which created the 13 states.[1] The resolution is named after Richard Henry Lee.
The resolution is a three part resolve:
- Creates the states
- Calls for the formation of foreign alliances
- Declare Independence
