Act 77

Act 77 is a Pennsylvania law that created universal mail-in voting, about which courts then removed any signature verification requirement. This opened the floodgate there to election fraud, such that Dems can elect even candidates who are mentally incapacitated by a stroke as occurred in the 2022 midterm election.

A Pennsylvania court found this law to be unconstitutional, but the Dem controlled Pennsylvania Supreme Court held on August 2, 2023, that:

In a 5-2 decision released Tuesday, the Democratic-majority court overturned a lower court's ruling from January that found Pennsylvania's Act 77 to be in violation of the state's constitution. "We find no restriction in our Constitution on the General Assembly's ability to create universal mail-in voting," Justice Christine Donohue wrote in the majority opinion.
