Filemon Vela

Filemon Vela is the Democratic Party representative from Texas' 34th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Vela was first elected in 2012.

Vela is a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security and the House Committee on Agriculture. He is also co-chair of the Congressional Border Caucus.
