Paige Todd

Paige Todd is a businesswoman and technocrat. As of 2026, she was Chief People Officer, responsible for talent acquisition (hiring) at Flock Safety. She has also served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. She lives and works in the area of Atlanta, Georgia.

Todd graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007, with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She worked for Home Depot for five years, and obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University (Goizueta Business School) in 2013. Then she happened to reconnect with Garrett Langley (who graduated from Georgia Tech in 2009) at his engagement party. Todd later said that she "was struck by how passionate he was about his work and the entrepreneurial vision that drove him." She related that right then, she committed to find a way to work with him. "Whatever he works on next, I’ll do it," "I wanted to work with him, because I’ve never met anyone who’s more excited about their work than he is." She began working with him shortly after, on one of his startups, which they left shortly after. Working with a startup accelerator in San Francisco, Langley and Todd came up with the idea of Flock. They brought in a third co-founder, Matt Feury (another graduate from Georgia Tech), and jointly founded Flock Safety.

Todd has been involved in Public Relations "damage control" when Flock has come under public scrutiny for abuses of their system.
