If spacetime "embodies" simultaneosly th concepts of time & 3 dimensional space, then it is presupposed to exist! & why preface w/the extreme skepticism that doubts separate existence of time & space?

I see. I didn't understand what "separate existence" was being doubted, so try all of them. Physicists understand spacetime, without quibbling over "separate existence".
