:Venturing is the other main branch of the BSA. Varsity Scouting is a sub-program of Boy Scouting. Exploring is still a current program and is part of Learning for Life. Venture Scouting is a sub-program of Boy Scouting as well (different that Venturing). These Scouting pages are an embarrassment and I'm really not surprised based on the number of critical errors all over this so called 'Trustworthy Encyclopedia'.
