:While you're at it, how about explaining to me how so many blocks like this are telling people to create new accounts because of bad usernames are ending up with IP and account creation blocks? Is it that easy to mess up the block settings so that people whose only mistake was not making properly named usernames, won't be able to make new accounts? Why is this going on? Why are so many people getting IP and account creation block settings while being told to create new accounts?
