:Particularly if the content is no-controversial.  Otherwise it reminds me of a certain Court of Appeal Judge who used to write a lot of activist ''obiter dicta'' in his dissenting judgements.  Then, years later, in judgments he would refer back to his activist ''obiter'' and say "there has been a significant movement in legal opinion on this issue" and use it as justification for his own views.  --[[User:DamianJohn|DamianJohn]] 03:30, 23 November 2012 (EST)
