It is just not distributed by an American Coca-Cola distributor in Cuba because the United States has banned all business and dealings with Cuba, hence why Coke is not officially sold there, but is imported from Mexico and Panama because it is banned otherwise, in a semi-official manner. People still enjoy it, but is in a limited fashion.
