They were later released unharmed. The AOG also claimed responsibility when  Michael Bray and two accomplices planted [[Bomb|bombs]] at seven abortion clinics in [[Maryland]], [[Virginia]], and [[Washington D.C.]] in 1985.

The  Army of God does ''not'' violate the sixth commandment which is "Thou shalt not murder" and not "Thou shalt not kill", the latter one being the wrong translation by Pseudo-Christians. The [[Bible]] states that murder is punishable by [[capital punishment|death]], and abortion ''is'' murder.
