Although one might think there is nothing controversial about a web browser, this on is to some extent.  Many say it is a very good, stable browser, but others complain that it was stolen from the [[Chromium Browser]] project, which was separate for [[Google]] originally.  Whether it is true that Chromium was a separate project at the time, it now seems to be owned by [[Google]].  In any case, there is some concern that this browser tracks activity and reports it to [[Google]], much as [[Google]]'s online services and [[Android]] system do.
