[[Examining Atheism]] commenting on [[The Clergy Project]] indicated:
{{Cquote|The Clergy Project describes itself [http://clergyproject.org/our-mission-nonbelieving-religious-leaders/ thusly]:
:The Clergy Project’s Mission is to provide educational, charitable, and peer support to current and former religious professionals who no longer hold supernatural beliefs.
So a sizable portion of the members of The Clergy Project are current ministers/priests who pretend to be believers in God. So The Clergy Project reinforces the idea that many hold that atheists are deceitful and cowardly!
Jesus' apostles were bold and courageous men who had the power of God behind them. And Christianity quickly spread as a result. Is it any surprise that many of the members of The Clergy Project are cowardly and deceitful? Deceit and cowardice are like proverbial magnets that draw people to atheism!
One thing for certain, individuals who have been members of The Clergy Project will never cause the world's first atheist revival!<ref>[http://examiningatheism.blogspot.com/2016/08/the-clergy-project-examined.html The Clergy Project examined]</ref>}}
