Hillary did not have the skill set but became Secretary of State in December of 2008. She would quit that position in 2012. Her time was marred by indecisiveness, lavish partying, incompetent deals, and putting American lives in danger while making personal financial connections. After her tenure, her State Department was asked what diplomatic achievements did Hillary accomplish.
