Manafort was one such lobbyist up to 2014 (as was [[Greg Craig]] and [[Tony Podesta]]); in 2014 the Obama administration and Joe Biden ousted Manafort and put forth [[Hunter Biden]]. But it made no difference to the Ukraine ''who'' the money was paid to for influence in Washington.
