::::::Any funding from the Federal level that benefits only the constituents of the Senator(s)/Representative(s) responsible for that funding can be fairly described as pork.
::::::I would say that whether or not there is a conflict of interest is irrelevant to determining if funding is pork or not (For example, a Representative could earmark $1 million to fund a museum to corn in his district, and that would be pork whether or not the Representative, or his family or friends, had any direct financial stake in the funding).--[[User:Reginod|Reginod]] 18:06, 14 May 2007 (EDT)
