Clarence Burgess Owens (born August 2, 1951) is a former NFL player and the current representative of [[Utah]]'s 4th Congressional district. He along with [[Byron Donalds]] of [[Florida]], are the only two African American representatives in the house that are [[Republican Party|Republicans]].
