Pay attention particularly at 16:39 on when he says "post-Lukashenko government" and lady interrupts him, "Yah, I think we should..." to steer him away from talking too much. After Russian intelligence exposed this self-admitted effort to interfere in the domestic affairs of Belarus, Damon Wilson, now CEO of NED, with some other chump wrote a ''WaPo'' oped citing Jankowicz, "a disinformation fellow at the Wilson Center and an expert on Russian online behavior".
