On May 19, 2022, Lindell was ordered to pay legal fees and costs incurred by Dominion after his suit was dismissed. The judge ruled Lindell failed to properly allege a conspiracy by the two companies or back up his claim that they defamed him. The amount will be decided later. <ref>https://news.bloomberglaw.com/us-law-week/mypillows-lindell-sanctioned-over-frivolous-election-suit</ref>

==Prove Mike Wrong==

Lindell promised an award to any cybersecurity expert who could disprove his data that alleged Chinese interference caused the election results to favor Joe Biden. Lindell called the challenge "Prove Mike Wrong" and proclaimed the challenge ahead of a cyber symposium to be held in August 2021 in South Dakota. Robert Zeidman, a computer forensics expert and 63-year-old Trump voter from Nevada took up Lindell on his offer. In a 23-page decision released April 19, 2023, an arbitration panel said Zeidman succeeded in proving Lindell's material “unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data.” It told Lindell's firm to pay Zeidman within 30 days. Lindell has said he will appeal to the courts. <ref>https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/nation/2023/04/20/mike-lindells-firm-told-to-pay-5-million-in-prove-mike-wrong-election-fraud-challenge/70134384007/ction-fraud</ref> <ref>https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/courts/my-pillow-ceo-mike-lindell-5-million-election-fraud</ref>
