In August 2023 Dubinsky testified in a criminal cases, where he said that the Office of President Zelensky was behind the tapes with recordings of [[Joe Biden]] and [[Petro Poroshenko]] and their distribution. And he gave this testimony to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), which is completely under the control of the American Embassy.
