:Because I could not find any record of private equity generally opposing Trump. It might be true, but it might not be true. As a lawyer, you know that you need evidence to support a case. Also, Trump's Truth Social used private equity funding. Lastly, I did some work for a private equity firm owned by someone pro-Trump and he paid me in a timely manner.
