===Refinery attacks===
Explosions occurred at two refineries that are either owned by Russian companies or process [[Russian oil]]. Digi24 reports that an explosion took place at the Lukoil-owned Petrotel refinery in [[Romania]] on October 21, 2025. Later the same evening, Euronews reported a fire at [[Hungary]]'s largest oil refinery in Százhalombatta, which receives oil via the [[Druzhba pipeline]].
