Russia would probably be willing to give Abkhazia with its [[Black Sea]] coastline, and maybe even South Ossetia, back to the Republic of Georgia in exchange for the same solution suggested in Kaliningrad - neutrality and/or [[collective security]] with Russia. The suggestion of [[Germany]] getting Kalingrad back "in exchange for the country breaking its alliance with the US" us the same solution being proposed for Ukraine (and Georgia, and Abkhazia, and South Ossetia) - the dissolution of [[NATO]].
