An argument is made that all the evidence was destroyed when Terri's body was cremated. Nothing could be further from the truth. The video and audio tapes, notes, pictures, and specimen samples still exist. The case itself is still open according to Thogmartin. As long as someone can show justification for an independent review, I'm sure a judge would allow it.--Lakota 22:57, 11 August 2007 (EDT)
