:Well, it appears [[Enron]] scammed investors and saddled them with losses. Likewise it appears Air America may have scammed its investors and saddled them with losses. It certainly scammed its employees within weeks of taking to the airwaves, violating a fundemental human right of fair wage for a fair days work.
