Latin America and the United States formed this regional organization to stop Communist expansion in the Western Hemisphere in 1948.
Latin America and the United States formed this regional organisation to stop Communist expansion in the Western Hemisphere in 1948. Unfortunately, it is only in Bolivia and certain parts of eastern Paraguay that anyone remembers the organisation exists.
