I have changed this back because, at least according to the source, O'Donnell did not "parrot" Iran's assertions. She says "There were 15 British sailors and marines who ''apparently'' went in to Iranian waters and they were seized by the Iranians" (emphasis mine). Parroting Iranian assertions would be to say that they were definitely there and Iran had right to take them, which is not what she says. Additionally, if she did parrot Iran's assertions, then the Golf of Tonkin reference wouldn't make any sense.
