Yes, but a new division should be created within a international community and not within the military or even private sectors of the United States or any other country. That would lead to the eventul militarization of space, which is unneeded unless we face some massive alien threat. Hopefully it would not waste too much money that could be spent on other parts of the budget. --[[User:Mmmunchh|Mmmunchh]] 01:16, 11 May 2008 (EDT)
