Saline abortion is an abortion method of terminating a pregnancy by replacing amniotic fluid with salt water. This kills the body of the unborn child (see fetus) gradually.  Among those that believe that life begins at conception, it is not hard to see that an action that replaces the life-providing nutrition and oxygen of a human with slow-death producing salt water is horrifically cruel and inhumane.
