Obama and the Democrat led Congress has voted for the upgraded GI Bill despite the opposition from the President, the Secretary of Defense, the Pentagon, the generals in combat zones and the GOP Presidential nominee. It was crafted to increase veteran benefits. Yet, it's strain on the military is great. $2.8 to $4 billion per month in costs. It depletes our military personell by enticing them to leave service rather than be re-deployed. Taxes of those earning $500,000 to 1 million a year will pay for the upgrade for ten years.
