::::Thanks, Jpatt. It's nice to be valued by someone :-) Still, I'm a nobody compared to Ed, and he was overruled, too. LiamG 22:23, 18 November 2008 (EST)

:::::jpatt - here's what I want to know.  People in the media obsess about Obama being Muslim or not, obsess about his name, and if a birth certificate has the right boarder around it.  But why does virtually NO ONE (including yourself) not talk about his cocaine habit.  He admitted to it, yet I didn't see it mentioned once by the McCain camp or the republicans at large.  Isn't that far more important about who he is, who he has been, and the choices he might make than accusations about him being on a board with someone or his name?  He not only admits to "doing blow", but says it so light heartedly.  It's just no big deal in his mind.  Like a glass of wine or a cigarette.--JeanJacques 23:19, 18 November 2008 (EST)

::::::I could not find fault with anything you wrote. Some people obsess at him the Muslim, or him the Commie, not about him the illegal drug abuser. I myself always looked at him in the context of faulty decision making, overlooking his pre-Harvard days. --jpatt 23:30, 18 November 2008 (EST)

Because it's not something he still does. If he were a muslim, (which I don't think he is even though I'm sceptical about his "christianity") it would be a bigger deal that his past drug use because it would probably affect his pollcies. --Ben Talk 23:26, 18 November 2008 (EST)
