The paper that the article quoted did mention mind control, but it used brainwashing more often (as did at least the titles of it's sources. If we think something important is lose by saying brainwashing instead of mind-controlling, I would suggest we keep it as is. I actually thought the reverse. Mind controlling has a blunt, direct mastery connotation, whereas I think brainwashing has more of a subtle, and incredibly insidious connotation for control and influence where the participant is unaware. Just wanted to draw your attention to source 118: http://theinvigilator.blogspot.com/2008/10/on-front-of-disgust.html as it is obviously a joke. The author talks about killing liberals and insinuates, in another article, that Obama and Bill Ayers are having a homosexual relationship saying "both are terrorists, and both have an unquenchable love of the c*ck". How is this a reputable source? Even if it is serious (which is highly unlikely) then we are using the writings of someone who claims to be a convicted criminal.
