Jacqueline co-founded Humboldt Pro-Life in 1972.  In response to the legalization of abortion in [[California]], a year prior to the notorious [[Roe v. Wade]] ruling. Over the course of 36 years, Humboldt Pro-Life has set up booths at local fairs, formed the Grandma House; a home for girls crisis pregnancy's.  Also, the formation of the Crisis Pregnancy Center and a Memorial for the Unborn at St. Bernard Cemetery in Eureka. In addition, literature for students, teachers, churches and the media.
